Order Processing & Shipping

  • Most orders ship within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • No exchanges are offered on any products.
  • No returns or refunds on powder coat by the pound.
  • No refunds on used parts.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled prior to shipment will have a 3% processing fee.

  • Restocking Fees

    • Approved returns within 30 days will have a 15% restocking fee.
    • Returned items that have been installed will be will have a 20% restocking fee.

Product Condition Requirements

  • Returned items must be in original condition unless otherwise approved.
  • Any product showing signs of use, installation, or modification may be denied or subject to additional fees.

Inspection Requirement

All products must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery.

Failure to inspect and report any issues within this timeframe could result in the claim being denied, and we will not replace or refund the item.

Product failures, damages are handled under our Warranty Policy.
